Course Overview

This course aims to provide Bodyshop Managers & Supervisors with information and knowledge to assist them in managing their own bodyshop. The course has 8 modules covering the following subjects;

H & S Legislation
Responsibilities of Managers & Supervisors
Identifying & understanding Hazards
Assessing & Controlling Risks
Accidents & Incidents (investigation & Reporting)
Measuring H & S Performance

Module 6: Core Elements for Managing Health & Safety
Module 7: Investigating Accidents
Module 8: Measuring Performance

Study Method

You can complete this course without leaving your office by accessing our e-learning course 24 hours a day, seven days a week through a PC, tablet or smart phone. This means you can study at a time and place that suits you.

After you have registered, you will be contacted by a Chartered IOSH Safety Practitioner who can guide you through the process.

Course Duration

This course must include a minimum of 21 hours study/course work and be completed online within 3 months of registration. Hours spent online can be logged online after each period of study.

Practical Assessments

You will need to complete two practical risk assessments as carried out by you in your own work environment - the risk assessment sheets will be provided for you once you have completed the required 21 hours of study.

Online Assessments

Once you have completed the two practical assessments, you can complete the final online assessment which is a 30 question examination with a 45 minute time limit. Certificates are emailed to successful candidates.

How much does it cost

You pay a one-off payment of just £59.00 - Upon successful completion of the final module you will be directed to complete a self-assessment form in order to print off your Certificate of Achievement.
